We ship from Italy worldwide: delivery times and costs for your country are calculated at checkout. For the main non-EU countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and more) shipping is DDP: duties and taxes are included up to the customs threshold; above it, the contribution is shown at checkout before payment.
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return a product: new, unused and sealed (blister and cellophane intact). Opened, tried or used products cannot be returned (hygiene rule). If you change your mind, return shipping is at your expense; the refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
