Contract Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU, if you purchased as a Consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason.
How to exercise the right
Send written notice within the deadline to info@qathu.com, stating your order number and the products to be returned. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page (optional).
Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, ship the products via tracked courier to:

Email us the proof of shipment (tracking). Returns from non-EU countries must be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): duties, taxes and customs charges remain at the Customer's expense; returns bearing charges for us will be refused.
Condition of returned products
Products must be intact, unused, in their original packaging with seals and labels in place. The Customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
- perishable or short-dated products.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice (we may withhold it until we receive the products or proof of shipment), using the same payment method as the original purchase. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective products or errors attributable to us. For defective, damaged or wrong items, contact us: the return will be at our expense with a prepaid label.
