Cream of tartar is a natural leavening agent, used as a substitute for baking powder for light and digestible preparations. How to use
As a yeast, simply replace the amount of yeast required for the preparation with half cream of tartar and half sodium or potassium bicarbonate. As a drink, dissolve a measuring cup in a cup of boiling water, letting it cool before drinking. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
