How to use
It is recommended to take 2 level scoops (15 g) dissolved in half a glass of water (about 150 ml), once or twice per day at any time (from 15 to 30 g per day). If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day in the sun. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
