How to use
It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (7.5 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), one to three times daily at any time (7.5 to 22.5 g per day); recommended during and after intense physical activity. Pour the powder into the dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
