AirLoc is a rigid bivalve brace for severe ankle sprains, with anatomical design and adjustable thanks to the integrated air cushions. Following acute injuries of the capsular ligaments associated with significant swelling, AirLoc stabilizes the ankle, ensuring maximum comfort even when moving.
AirLoc consists of two plastic shells internally lined with breathable microfibre, connected to each other by an elastic base. The shells are equipped with a system of air cushions that can be inflated using a special pump, to ensure the perfect fit of the guardian at any stage of swelling of the ankle.

Protection for the healing ankle joint

Immediately after an injury or in the early period following surgery, the ankle is in particular need of support. The AirLoc bivalve rigid brace stabilizes the ankle joint with two anatomically shaped plastic shells. These shells are connected to each other by an elastic band under the heel and are attached to the lower leg with Velcro straps. This allows the orthosis to adapt to the width of the heel and the degree of swelling.

The inside has air cushions that ensure a perfect fit and high comfort. The cushions can be inflated as needed using the pump provided in the product package.

When wearing AirLoc in combination with a closed shoe, the ankle joint is protected from new twisting by the action of the plastic splints. The air cushions exert a slight pressure on the tissue around the ankle joint. They also pleasantly wrap the injured ankle joint, alleviating pain and ensuring high comfort.

Thanks to its perfect positioning, AirLoc ensures a large contact surface with a positive influence on sensory motor skills: this allows for better control of the muscles, which allows the foot to stabilize using its own strength. Qathu.com accepts returns from all countries from which the customer made the purchase.
