The Wet N Wild Photo Focus Concealer, like the foundation, has been tested and tried in seven different lighting conditions. The texture is very soft and silky. The applicator is like that of a lip gloss, which allows you to apply it well and dose the right amount. You really need very little, it is covering and hides dark circles well. The finish is matte.
