How to use
It is recommended to take 1 measuring cup (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, once or twice daily at any time (10 to 20 ml daily); mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
