Rules on the  Shipping

and can be shipped Inside and outside the Euro Area:

-Within Europe: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain mainland; Bulgaria, Denmark, North Macedonia, Poland, Norway, United Kingdom, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.

-Outside Europe: Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Qatar and Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, United States of America, Bahrain, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia and China.

All calendar days that are not Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are considered working days.

The cut off time is 1:00 PM (13:00) for calculating working days.

Any order received after the following time is to be considered as having been placed on the following working day.

You will receive a tracking number on your email, which allows you to follow your shipment step by step until delivery.

The couriers used are GLS, SDA, UPS, DHL, DPD, PostNL International and Colissimo.

It takes 0 to 6 business days to assemble and ship your order.

  

Delivery Time and Costs:

For Shipments to Italy, shipping costs 5.90 euros up to 99 euros of cart. Above this amount it is Free. Delivery: 1 to 4 working days from processing. 

For Shipments to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg shipping costs 9.90 euros up to 99 euros of cart. Above this amount it is Free. Delivery: from 2 to 6 working days from processing.

For Shipments to Estonia, Finland, Slovenia, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Romania shipping costs 9.90 euros up to 99 euros of cart. Above this amount it is Free. Delivery: from 4 to 9 working days from processing.

Iceland, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia shipping costs 9.90 euros up to 99 euros of cart. Above this amount it is Free. Delivery: 15 to 20 working days from processing.

For Shipments to Swiss shipping costs you 9.90 CHF up to 99 CHF of cart. Above this amount it is Free. We deliver 15 to 20 working days from the order processing. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Sweden Shipping costs you 120 SEK up to 1200 SEK of cart. Above this amount it is Free. We deliver 4 to 9 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying any import fees or duties. 

For shipments to the Denmark, shipping costs you 75 DKK up to 750 DKK of cart. Above this amount is Free. We deliver from 4 to 9 working days from the order processing. Receive without paying any import charges or duties. 

For shipments to the Romania, shipping costs you 50 RON up to 500 RON of cart. Above this amount is Free. We deliver from 4 to 9 working days from the order fulfillment. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For shipments to the Norway,  Shipping costs you 120 NOK up to 1200 NOK of cart. Above this amount it is Free. We deliver 15 to 30 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For shipments to the United Kingdom, shipping costs you £8.7 up to £87 of cart. Above this amount is Free. We deliver from 2 to 6 working days from the processing of the order. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

 For shipments to the Poland, shipping costs you PLN 45 up to PLN 450 of cart. Above this amount is Free. We deliver from 4 to 9 working days from the order fulfillment. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For shipments to the United States, shipping costs you 17 USD up to 220 USD of cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 15 to 20 business days after processing the order. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For shipments to the Canada, shipping costs you 25 CAD up to 300 CAD of cart, above this amount is free. We deliver within 15 to 20 working days from order processing. Receive without paying any import charges or duties. 

 For Shipments to Mexico shipping costs you 220 MXN up to 2200 MXN of cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 25 to 30 business days after processing the order. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For shipments to the Japan, shipping costs you 3,000 JPY up to 33,000 cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 15 to 20 business days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Singapore, shipping costs you 25 SGD up to 150 SGD of cart, above this amount is free. We deliver within 15 to 20 working days from order processing. Receive without paying any import charges or duties. 

 For Shipments to South Korea, shipping costs you 25,000 KRW up to 300,000 KRW of cart, over this amount is free. We deliver 15 to 20 business days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Australia, shipping costs you 25 AUD up to 500 AUD of cart, above this amount it is free. We deliver 15 to 20 working days from the order processing. Receive without paying charges or duties for import. 

 For Shipments to New Zealand, shipping costs you 25 NZD up to 500 NZD of cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 25 to 30 working days from the fulfillment of the order. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

 For Shipments to Hong Kong, shipping costs you 130 HKD up to 1,700 HKD of cart, over this amount is free. We deliver 15 to 20 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to United Arab Emirates, shipping costs you 60 AED up to 400 AED of cart, above this amount it is free. We deliver 25 to 30 working days from the fulfillment of the order. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Saudi Arabia, shipping costs you 60 SAR up to 400 SAR of cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 25 to 30 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Qatar, shipping costs you 60 QAR up to 400 QAR of cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 25 to 30 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Israel, shipping costs you 65 ILS up to 800 ILS of cart, over this amount it is free. We deliver 30 to 40 working days from the order fulfillment. Receive without paying charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Philippines, Bahrain and Taiwan, shipping costs you 39 euros. We deliver 25 to 30 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to China, shipping costs you 85 CNY up to 1,000 CNY of cart, over this amount is free. We deliver 15 to 20 working days after processing the order. Receive without paying any charges or duties to import. 

For Shipments to Russia, shipping costs you 2,000 Russian Rubles. We deliver 15 to 20 business days after processing your order. Receive without paying any import duties or taxes. 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

1. Scope and general conditions

1.1 Qathu accepts returns from all countries from which the order was placed, within the terms and in the manner described here.

1.2 The product to be returned must be in new condition, unused, intact in the original packaging and with all packaging and seals untouched, unless the return is due to defects or errors (art. 3).

1.3 The customer must initiate the return procedure within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Return for reconsideration (right of withdrawal)

2.1 In case of reconsideration (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), the customer can return the products at their own expense. It is the customer's responsibility to print the return label (if provided) and send the products within 14 days of receipt.

2.2 The shipping costs for the return and any customs or import fees for the return are borne by the customer.

2.3 The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product shipped for return: any damage occurring during transport will be assessed by our returns department and may affect the refund.

2.4 If the customer refuses the goods or does not collect them within the established time at a pick-up point, only the price of the products will be refunded, net of the original shipping costs, customs fees, and expenses incurred for the return.

3. Returns for defective or damaged products

3.1 In case of a defective product, damaged during transport or with other problems attributable to the seller or carrier, the return will be at the Seller's expense and the customer will not have to bear any return costs.

3.2 The customer must report the problem within 24 hours of receipt , by sending photos and/or videos documenting the damage or defect to info@qathu.com.

3.3 The Seller will provide a prepaid label (or an alternative method) for the return. No restocking fee will be applied.

4. Return Procedure

4.1 Contact info@qathu.com indicating:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo / video of the product if damaged or defective

4.2 If approved, you will receive instructions by email to ship the product, with a return label if applicable.

4.4 Upon receipt of the product, we will carry out a conformity check before proceeding with the refund.

5. Refund times and methods

5.1 The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 The estimated credit times are:

• Credit card circuits (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express): 2-5 business days

• PayPal: 5-7 business days

5.3 The refunded amount will be the product price, net of any shipping costs (if owed by the customer) and customs fees incurred.

6. Right of cancellation before shipment

6.1 If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can request cancellation by writing to info@qathu.com.

6.2 In case of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including the standard shipping costs offered. However, if the customer has chosen a shipping method more expensive than the standard service, there may be an adjustment (the additional costs will be withheld), provided this is clearly specified and not misleading.

7. Additional notes

7.1 The customer is entitled to a return or refund only if the above conditions are met. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the requirements (wear, tampering, lack of original packaging).

7.2 In any case, the specific conditions of return, shipping, and refund are subject to the current regulations of the buyer's country and the country of shipment.
