La pulizia del corpo è il primo gesto di cura quotidiana: non un semplice passaggio, ma il momento in cui si prepara la pelle a ricevere tutto ciò che viene dopo. Come scegliere il detergente corpo più adatto a voi

Il primo criterio di scelta è il tipo di pelle: le formule in gel, spesso a base acquosa, si adattano bene alle pelli normali o grasse; gli oli detergenti e i balsami fondenti sono pensati per chi ha la pelle secca o particolarmente sensibile. Tenete in considerazione anche la zona del corpo: viso, corpo, cuoio capelluto e zone intime richiedono pH e concentrazioni di surfattanti specifici. Un errore comune è usare lo stesso prodotto per tutto, trascurando le differenze di tolleranza della pelle in base alla zona.

Valutate poi la texture e il formato: mousse, crema-doccia, olio, solido o liquido non sono dettagli estetici, ma incidono sulla resa, sull'idratazione percepita dopo il risciacquo e sull'impatto ambientale della confezione. Se siete attenti alla composizione, verificate la lista INCI: meno surfattanti aggressivi (come i solfati in alta concentrazione), meglio è per le pelli reattive. La presenza di ingredienti come burri vegetali, estratti botanici o acidi delicati può fare la differenza nella percezione post-doccia, anche se non sostituisce un trattamento idratante dedicato.

Quante volte al giorno è corretto usare un detergente corpo?

Una o due volte al giorno sono sufficienti per la maggior parte delle persone. Lavaggi troppo frequenti possono alterare il film idrolipidico naturale della pelle, soprattutto nelle formule più schiumose.

I detergenti corpo solidi sono efficaci quanto quelli liquidi?

Sì, se formulati correttamente. I detergenti solidi moderni non sono il classico sapone di una volta: molti hanno pH bilanciato e surfattanti delicati, con il vantaggio di ridurre il packaging plastico.

Posso usare un detergente corpo anche sul viso?

In genere no. La pelle del viso è più sottile e reattiva; i detergenti corpo sono spesso formulati per superfici meno delicate. Meglio affidarsi a prodotti pensati specificamente per la detersione del viso.
