PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER I received a defective part, what should I do? If you have received a defective item, contact customer service immediately by writing to info@qathu.com or by contacting the number +39 328 707 80 86 providing as many details as possible (description of the defect, photos and/or videos in which it is visible and clear what the defect found). Customer service will respond as soon as possible and find a solution to the issue. Is it possible to add items to an order? If the order has not yet been fulfilled, your order can be modified. If the order has already been fulfilled, it is no longer possible to add more products to your order, you will need to place a new order. I have the wrong delivery address, can I change it? Of course, you can change the address by contacting our customer service info@qathu.com directly. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will modify it directly. How do I request an invoice? Invoices can be sent by email to customer service info@qathu.com indicating all billing information, VAT number, tax code and unique code. All the data entered during the order in the "billing address" item must correspond exactly to the invoice header, once entered it will not be possible to make changes. It will not be possible to issue invoices to a person/company/address other than the one indicated in the order as the billing address. Therefore, Name and Surname, Company Name, address (street, number, zip code and city) must correspond exactly to the invoice header. VAT number and unique code and tax code must be communicated by email at the same time as the invoice request by writing to info@qathu.com |
PAYMENT METHODS AND DISCOUNTS How can I pay for my order? You can choose to pay without any fees with Credit Card or PayPal. You can also choose to pay cash on delivery (cash on delivery) at no additional cost, but this service is only valid for Italy. Is it safe to pay by credit card? Sure!
