In particular, iron contributes to the oxygen transport in the body and, together with vitamins B6 and B12, supports normal formation of red blood cells. With the addition of vitamin C which increases the absorption of iron and vitamin B2 which promotes its metabolism; the latter, together with manganese, selenium, zinc and vitamin E help to protect cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in water, once or twice daily at any time (10 to 20 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
