Qathu.com accepts returns from all countries from which the customer made the purchase.

For a return to be possible, the product must be in the condition New
(products sealed in original packaging and products never used).


You can open the return procedure within 14 Days from receipt of the goods by the customer.

In case of second thoughts (It applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, the wrong size or in case of second thoughts) the Customer can return the products to Your expenses and it is His is the responsibility in producing the return label and sending the shipment tracking to info@qathu.com within 14 days of receipt.

Once the goods have arrived, they will be checked and refunded on the same payment method, net of any costs for importing them.
In case of discrepancies the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

For products with problems, damaged by the courier or with other problems, the return is at company load and the customer will not pay no cost.

The customer will have to observe the following process:
-For packages with obvious stains and breaks on the outside of the package, the package must be refused or accepted with reservation. If there are any discrepancies, write to info@qathu.com.
- For shipments with problems or defects it is necessary to contact info@qathu.com within 24 hours of receipt demonstrating with photos and videos what happened.

A prepaid label with download/print option will be sent for the return of the goods.

The time of accreditation will depend on the operator used:

Exchange Policy: We do not accept exchanges.

For Shipments sent and for any reason refused or not collected in time at the collection points beyond the permitted period, only the cost of the products will be refunded net of shipping costs, any costs of storage in customs and import costs for the return of the package to the Headquarters.

Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
