MalleoTrain® is a compression ankle brace indicated for the treatment of inflammation of the tibio-tarsal joint following trauma, surgery or in cases of osteoarthritis. Perfect in all cases of ankle sprain, the MalleoTrain® brace, thanks to the two anatomically shaped viscoelastic inserts (pads) located in correspondence with the lateral and medial malleolus, accelerates the reabsorption of edema. The three-dimensional active knitted fabric ensures an excellent fit and improves blood circulation.

After an ankle injury, the ankle joint needs help to recover: on the one hand, it is necessary to avoid new incorrect movements, on the other hand, it is important to strengthen the stabilizing muscles again as quickly as possible.

The MalleoTrain ankle brace is made of an elastic but well-fitting knitted fabric that massages with differentiated pressure with every movement, thus stimulating the receptors in the skin and muscles. This helps the nervous system to better control the leg muscles. This massaging action simultaneously releases tension and stimulates blood circulation.

Gentle pressure on the right points relieves pain: the working principle is the same as when you rub the painful area after a bump. MalleoTrain is equipped with two individually adapted viscoelastic inserts, the external and internal, positioned behind the malleolus, the so-called pads. These transmit the pressure exerted by the knitted fabric from the malleoli to the surrounding soft tissue.

They are positioned exactly in the points that tend to swell, almost always in the presence of problems with the tibio-tarsal joint, thus preventing the formation of further swelling and helping to reduce existing ones. This ankle brace gives the necessary security to move correctly and without fear. And above all it prevents new twisting. All this helps the healing process: movement is health.

Product care instructions

MalleoTrain can be machine washed at 30° with liquid detergent (spin speed: maximum 500 rpm).

Air dry the brace away from heat sources to avoid damaging the fabric. It is recommended not to use dryers that could damage the compression fabric.

Wash frequently so that the fabric compression remains unchanged.
