Before use, ensure that the skin is dry and clean, and that no creams or oils have been applied to the callus. 2. First remove the top paper strip and then the bottom one, being careful not to touch the adhesive side of the patch. 3. Apply the patch directly to the dry callus, ensuring that the edges adhere well. 4. Leave the patch in place until it comes off by itself. It can remain applied for several days. 5. Continue to use the patches COMPEED until the callus is completely healed.
