Safe guidance with una gentle massaging action
Chronic or acute injuries of the ligamentous apparatus, as well as joint alterations such as osteoarthritis, can lead to knee instability. GenuTrain S stabilizes the joint and at the same time activates the muscles, promoting greater mobility. The patella is gently wrapped by a functional viscoelastic insert that keeps it firmly in place.
The lateral joint splints guide the knee, providing additional protection against unwanted movements. The straps at the thigh and lower leg ensure stable and secure positioning.
Greater stability in movement and faster recovery
With every movement, the special Train knitted fabric of GenuTrain S creates a differentiated pressure and compressive massage with high medical effectiveness. All this activates the stabilizing muscles of the leg, improving their coordination and at the same time promoting metabolism. This in turn helps to reduce swelling with a consequent reduction in pain: this will allow the knee to recover by moving and stimulate muscle development.
The stabilizing element of the brace consists of the lateral splints with hinge. These ensure both passive stabilization and active muscular stabilization thanks to the compressive knitted fabric. It is this feature that distinguishes it from other knee braces or conventional rigid elements.
Indications
- Mild instability
- Gonarthrosis
- Arthritis (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis)
Product care instructions
Remove the straps with the velcro fastener. Close the ends with velcro on the straps to avoid damage. Remove the joint splints from their pockets by sliding them upwards. Wash the brace separately with a liquid detergent and a delicate cycle at 30°C (max 500 rpm). Wash GenuTrain S frequently so that the compressive effectiveness of the fabric remains unchanged.
Never expose GenuTrain S to direct heat (e.g., radiators, sunlight, storage in a car). The fabric could deteriorate, compromising the effectiveness of the product.
When the knee brace is dry, reinsert the joint splints into their pockets from the top, following the instructions. The splints should be facing the back of the knee. Attach the straps to the eyelets of the splints.
