Returns & Refunds
1. Scope and general conditions
1.1 Qathu accepts returns from all countries from which the order was placed, within the terms and in the manner described here.
1.2 The product to be returned must be in new condition, unused, intact in the original packaging and with all packaging and seals untouched, unless the return is due to defects or errors (art. 3).
1.3 The customer must initiate the return procedure within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Return for reconsideration (right of withdrawal)
2.1 In case of reconsideration (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), the customer can return the products at their own expense. It is the customer's responsibility to print the return label (if provided) and send the products within 14 days of receipt.
2.2 The shipping costs for the return and any customs or import fees for the return are borne by the customer.
2.3 The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product shipped for return: any damage occurring during transport will be assessed by our returns department and may affect the refund.
2.4 If the customer refuses the goods or does not collect them within the established time at a pick-up point, only the price of the products will be refunded, net of the original shipping costs, customs fees, and expenses incurred for the return.
3. Returns for defective or damaged products
3.1 In case of a defective product, damaged during transport or with other problems attributable to the seller or carrier, the return will be at the Seller's expense and the customer will not have to bear any return costs.
3.2 The customer must report the problem within 24 hours of receipt , by sending photos and/or videos documenting the damage or defect to info@qathu.com.
3.3 The Seller will provide a prepaid label (or an alternative method) for the return. No restocking fee will be applied.

4.4 Upon receipt of the product, we will carry out a conformity check before proceeding with the refund.
5. Refund times and methods
5.1 The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 The estimated credit times are:

5.3 The refunded amount will be the product price, net of any shipping costs (if owed by the customer) and customs fees incurred.
6. Right of cancellation before shipment
6.1 If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can request cancellation by writing to info@qathu.com.
6.2 In case of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including the standard shipping costs offered. However, if the customer has chosen a shipping method more expensive than the standard service, there may be an adjustment (the additional costs will be withheld), provided this is clearly specified and not misleading.
7. Additional notes
7.1 The customer is entitled to a return or refund only if the above conditions are met. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the requirements (wear, tampering, lack of original packaging).
