💳 Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

On the www.qathu.com website, the following secure payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (where available)

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or certified payment providers, in compliance with European PSD2 and PCI DSS regulations.


2. Transaction Security

The platform uses a secure and encrypted (SSL) connection to protect personal and payment data during transmission.
Credit card data is not stored in the Qathu or AQQA S.R.L. systems and is in no way accessible to company staff.


3. Accepted Currencies

All prices are indicated in Euro (€), but the system may display the local currency based on the country of access.
The final payment is always automatically converted into euros according to the payment provider's exchange rate.


4. Taxes and Duties

For orders destined for European Union countries, prices are inclusive of VAT.
For orders to non-EU countries, any customs duties or import taxes are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the recipient, as specified in the Shipping Policy.


5. Payment Authorization

At the time of order confirmation, the total amount (products + shipping) is authorized but not immediately charged.
The actual charge occurs at the time of shipment of the order.
In case of cancellation or product unavailability, no amount will be charged.


6. Refused or Failed Payments

In case of unauthorized or refused payment:

  • the system will immediately notify the error at checkout;

  • the order will not be confirmed and no amount will be charged.
    We recommend checking the availability of funds, card details, or contacting your bank.


7. No Additional Fees

No transaction fees or surcharges are applied for the chosen payment method.
Any additional costs related to exchange rates or bank policies remain the responsibility of the Customer.


8. Unaccepted Payments

The following are not accepted:

  • cash on delivery payments;

  • direct bank transfers;

  • postal payments or checks.

All orders must be placed exclusively through the official website www.qathu.com.


9. Refund

In case of return or cancellation, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from the confirmation of the right to a refund.
The actual time to view the credited amount may vary depending on the payment provider or the Client's bank.
